M&S website voted most user-friendly

Following on from the news that Cinnamon Creative worked on the newly launched M&S website, today's Online High Street Report states that the new M&S website comes in joint first for user-friendliness - much better than its placement last year, when it ranked ninth. WHSmith came in equal first and John Lewis maintained its place of third on the rankings.

The criteria used to evaluate the websites includes browsing, navigation, the checkout process , searching and product display pages.
